We understand that your order is meant for a very special person/occasion. We at Gourmet Garage only aim to deliver your order within the Philippines based on the specific date and time that you have chosen. To ensure proper and timely delivery, please read and follow our Conditions of Use below:

Online orders must be placed:

• at least 2 hours in advance (for Deliver Later transactions)

• we're accepting orders up to 3pm (for the next day delivery)

All transactions will be settled in PHP (Philippine Peso currency). 

 

Credit cards/ATM cards/other online payment facilities will be billed at the same time the order is placed.

 

As proof of a fulfilled order, an electronic copy of the order confirmation letter will be emailed to the purchaser indicating the time, date, name of the recipient and other details of the order.

 

The sender is required to contact Gourmet Garage Online team via email or telephone for cancellation or revision of online orders.

Gourmet Garage reserves the right to reject order cancellations requested beyond required cancellation/revision lead times.

Revisions/changes in the order are subject to confirmation and additional cost when applicable. Said changes/revisions may cause delay in delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Some provincial areas are considered unserviceable. Gourmet Garage online ordering indicates if the area selected is unavailable, and our online team will update you if your recipient's address cannot be serviced by our delivery team.

Takeout, Deliver Now and Deliver Later transactions can be processed during store business hours (earliest time to process an online order is 9:00am while the latest would be 3:00pm in the afternoon for next day delivery).
